How often can I use it?
Most people enjoy a 10-minute session a few times a week. Please follow the timing in the included manual.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Don't use it if you are pregnant, epileptic, sensitive to light or taking light-sensitising medication. If you're unsure, check with your doctor first.
What's the difference between the Glow and the Flex?
The Glow is a lightweight shell with one-button control. The Flex is soft silicone with a strap that moulds to your face.
How do I charge it?
Use the included USB cable with any standard USB plug or laptop port.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered anywhere in South Africa in roughly 7–12 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Health and hygiene items (like masks, whitening products and Herbal Health products) can't be sent back once opened, but contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it out with a refund or store credit. Faulty items are covered for 6 months. See our Returns & refunds policy for details.
