Once or twice a day as part of your normal cleanse.
I have sensitive skin. Is it okay?
Start on the lowest intensity and use it every other day at first. Stop if you notice irritation.
Can I use it in the shower?
Yes. It's IPX7 waterproof. Just keep the charging port dry when charging.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the silicone with warm water and soap after each use and let it air-dry.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered anywhere in South Africa in roughly 7–12 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Health and hygiene items (like masks, whitening products and Herbal Health products) can't be sent back once opened, but contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it out with a refund or store credit.
