Which intensity should I start with?
Start on the lowest level for your first few sessions, then increase if it feels comfortable.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Don't use it if you are pregnant, epileptic, sensitive to light or taking light-sensitising medication. If you're unsure, check with your doctor first.
Does the colour change how it works?
No. Brown, beige, black and purple are finish options only. Every mask works the same way.
How do I charge it?
Use the included charging cable. A full charge lasts several sessions.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered anywhere in South Africa in roughly 7–12 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Health and hygiene items (like masks, whitening products and Herbal Health products) can't be sent back once opened, but contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it out with a refund or store credit. Faulty items are covered for 6 months. See our Returns & refunds policy for details.
